Thank you very much to admins that allowed me to share my 3D model with all friends of SketchUp Texture Club.

This modern villa, is ideally set in Texas.

I really like the modern architecture, play with asymmetric volumes, combining different materials such as wood and concrete, creating contrasts, empty and full, shadows and lights. I hope you like it.

I included in the zip file, the 3D sketchUp model available in sketchUp 8, the vray exterior Visopt and HDRI of this scene, the vray proxy vegetation .

I hope will be helpful for our CG artist community .
