ABOUT ME: Current pursuant of a Master in Architecture at the Academy of Art in San Francisco California. I have acquired a range of skills in schematic design and presentation with specialties in advanced 3D modeling and graphic illustration. With eight-years of experience in architectural design I've worked on a variety of building typologies from K-12 to residential homes. I received the honor of being selected as an HKS Detroit Design Fellow in 2011, along with being a guest juror for undergraduate architecture studios at Lawrence Technological University. A stanza of a poem by Paul Laurence Dunbar has become my mantra: "I know what the caged bird feels, alas!" I've made a personal requirement to explore the applications and opportunities of design and architecture outside any cage that limits the possibilities.
